. . . Without a Satellite

Watching TV Online really can open up a whole new world of channels all day, every day. Just think, all of that extra content available, for free with satellite TV, without the need for any extra software. A pretty modern computer is just about all you need, and if anybody tells you differently (while trying to sell you some super duper software) don’t buy it, it’s all available for free, so don’t fall into the trap of spending money on stuff which is available without spending a bean.

Cable TV and Satellite TV

These two innovations have radically changed the way we watch TV forever, you don’t have to make do with the channels provided by the major networks, you now have a tremendous amount of choice with Cable TV or Satellite TV so whether you’re into music, a massive sports fan or just love the movies you can access dedicated channels at any time of the night or day. And you know what? The established networks have had to change their ways to keep up, or risk losing their position as the television industry leaders.

How to Watch TV Online

Much of this content can now be streamed over the internet to your computer without the need to pay for satellite dishes or other specialized television equipment. You can’t watch the premium pay TV channels like this of course, that would be illegal (and anybody who says you can is just after your money), but there’s still plenty more to choose from. As the world gets smaller and more and more people move around the globe to live, it’s also a great way of accessing your favorite channels from “home”, even if home is thousands of miles away, with Satellite TV or PC TV.

All you need to enable you to watch TV over the internet is the right hardware and a little knowledge to find the right station. The majority of modern computers will already be installed with the right stuff to make this possible and should be equipped with plenty of RAM and processor power to cope adequately, and if your computer isn’t up to the job it doesn’t cost much for an upgrade, or you could even replace your old computer with a reasonabley priced second hand computer which will be plenty good enough.

The only other thing you’ll need is the URL addresses for your chosen TV channels, and these too are pretty easy to find.  Watch out for the scammers who will try to sell you software which you “need” to have access to these URL’s, you don’t need it at all and can find everything quite easily for FREE. Just do a quick search and you’ll find loads of URL addresses for the television channels which are not encrypted, and that, my friend, is all you actually need to enable you to watch TV online, on your PC.
